New work has brought in more daylight, added needed living space and improved outdoor connections on this 1960’s Farmington home. To reduce maintenance and keep the traditional appearance new materials included soapstone flooring, hardwood decking, standing seam copper roofing, wood windows and doors, and synthetic exterior cladding.
