Renovation of a 1790's Farmhouse

This early federalist jewel is situated on 20 rolling acres with wildflower meadows and woodlands, and features heart pine stairs, floors, wainscoting and mantels for the numerous fireplaces. Reportedly the original carpenters also worked on Monticello; fireplace mantels share similar details. The interior was fully renovated including all systems and a new kitchen, bathrooms, mudroom and library cabinetry. Two new porches and a new sunroom open the house to life under arching oak trees. The new front porch provides a view over gently rolling fields.
